best cheap cruiser longboard

The good:

Price, price and price! This as cheap as it gets and if that’s what you’re after, then it’s the perfect choice for you! These boards can come in a bunch of different colours and combos, they’re small and can be easily carried around and due to their complete plastic build, you can rely on them being able to deal with a bit of tough love and dealing with the outside elements.

The bad:

While great, the moment you’re buying the cheapest board possible its wise to assume you’re going to be missing out on a top tier/quality ride. The short length and basic build can make it tricky learning to first skate the board, and because of its high profile and narrow structure this board isn’t designed for any downhill longboarding of any kind. While great for cruising nice and slowly on flat ground, that’s about where the uses of this board ends.

Overall:

While it might not be a longboard it can be still be used to cruise around and get used to the feeling of skating. It’s still pretty simple and basic so don’t expect anything amazing from these boards. However, if you’re after a cheap and easy alternative to help pick up skating these boards could definitely help with that.

Experienced riders will definitely want something that will cost a bit more than the boards on this list. However some folks are just starting out, or looking for a cheap board to beat up on. If you’re not sure if longboarding is for you, but you still want to give it a shot- definitely keep all of these longboards in mind. Happy riding!
